Director: Andrea Bacci
Starring: Bruce Blauer, Julie Tyler
Genre: Drama
In-a-nutshell:
While lying in bed, Adam (Bruce Blauer) and Eve (Julie Tyler) swap typical post-coital cuddling for a deep conversation of life and love and those who are too consumed by both to function. However, amidst their philosophical discussion, they fail to mention one big secret lingering in their love affair: They're both prostitutes.
After a mutual client offers each of them $1,000 to be a "present" for a friend who's getting married, Adam and Eve rendezvous at the same motel, consequently exposing their secret lives as hookers. Can their relationship that seemed destined for love handle such a shocking revelation?
In spite of stilted acting from Blauer and Tyler, both delivering lukewarm performances during scenes that called for either intense anger and doleful inward reflection, Bacci presents an interesting - and rather racy - story about two people silencing the chaos of the world and their lives to focus on each other.
